One oddity: the structured data on the pricing page shows different numbers for Basic, Pro and Advanced ($77, $471 and $1,227), without a billing period. What the Gorgias AI Agent costs on top
The AI Agent is priced per automated interaction: $0.90 on annual contracts, $1.00 on monthly contracts. Each plan includes a small allowance (30 on Basic, 190 on Pro, 530 on Advanced), and the page lists $1.50 per interaction above that allowance. It also says each automated interaction counts as one helpdesk ticket, so a busy bot uses up the ticket allowance as well as the AI one.
