Can my clients see the ChatBotWidget name anywhere?
No. On the Agency plan the panel runs on your own domain with your logo and colours, the widget script loads from your domain, and the badge is removed. Your clients log in to your brand.
How do I bill my clients?
You set your own price and invoice your clients yourself. We bill only your agency, one Agency subscription by card payment through our payment processor. We never contact or charge your clients.
What can a client do when they log in?
A client login sees only the bots of that client: conversations, leads and usage. They cannot see your other clients, change billing or touch white label settings. You decide what else they can edit.
What happens when I need more than 25 client workspaces?
Write to [email protected] with the number of clients and the monthly reply volume you expect. We set custom limits on the Agency plan for larger portfolios.
Do replies roll over between clients?
The Agency plan has one shared pool of 12,000 AI replies and 12,000 action calls a month for all clients together. The usage report shows how much each client takes, so you can price heavy users higher.
Can I reuse a setup I built for one client?
Yes. Save any bot as a template (tone, goals, greeting, actions, widget look) and start the next client from it. Only the knowledge sources change.
