1. The short version
The chatbotwidget.ai service sets only essential cookies: the ones needed to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your demo. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media trackers. Because essential cookies do not need consent, the site shows no cookie banner.

These cookies are first-party, set by chatbotwidget.ai only, and are not used to follow you on other websites.
3. The chat widget on customer websites
The chat widget that our customers place on their websites runs in a frame served from our domain. It stores a random visitor identifier in the browser's local storage so that a conversation continues when the visitor moves to another page. The identifier contains no personal details and is not used for tracking or advertising. The widget does not read cookies of the website it runs on.
The website owner is responsible for informing their visitors about the chat and any other tools they use on their own site.
4. Analytics
No analytics script runs on this site, ours or a third party's. Our servers keep ordinary request logs for security and error fixing, without cookies and without profiling.
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, signing in, the demo and the panel will not work.
