Build the bot from your address
WordPress publishes a sitemap by default, so the bot finds your pages, posts and WooCommerce product pages on its own.

How do I add an AI chatbot to WordPress?
Copy your install line from the ChatBotWidget panel and paste it into the footer of your site, either with a header and footer plugin or in the theme footer.php before the closing body tag. Save, reload any page and the chat bubble appears.
Do I need a special WordPress plugin?
No dedicated plugin is needed. Any plugin that inserts code into the footer works, and so does editing footer.php or adding a Custom HTML tag in Tag Manager if your site already uses it.
Will the chatbot survive a theme update?
If you paste the line through a header and footer plugin or Tag Manager, yes. Code added straight to a parent theme footer.php can be overwritten by an update, so use a child theme or a plugin.
Does it read my blog posts and pages?
Yes. It reads the public pages listed in your WordPress sitemap, including posts and WooCommerce product pages, and re-reads them on a schedule so new content reaches the bot.
Will it slow down my WordPress site?
The script loads asynchronously after your page and opens the chat in its own frame, so it does not block rendering and does not clash with your theme styles.
